Although the area was stunning, with beautiful countryside, traditional souks, and working markets, unfortunately, our hotel was not up to par. the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious enough, but that's where the positives ended. No water or glasses were provided, and the wash hand basin was more design than function. We didn't receive any information from the reception staff, who offered no maps or tourist advice. Not a great choice for anyone who wants to explore the area.
The hotel didn't offer the daily towel and linen refresh we experienced on the rest of our trip.

Spending the Christmas holidays in this establishment was lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff made the experience even better with their warm and friendly service. The food was delicious and we loved the cozy and rustic atmosphere in the dining area.
There were some negatives during our stay. There were no glasses or water available in our room, which was quite inconvenient.

My Christmas vacation was amazing! the hotel's lush green surroundings added to the beauty of the countryside. the hotel rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, and the staff were courteous and attentive. the location was perfect, with multiple markets and tourist spots within easy reach. As a food lover, I relished the delectable cuisine; the traditional dishes exceeded my expectations. the hotel's pet-friendly environment made it the ideal place to stay with my furry friend, who enjoyed playing in the hotel gardens.
Daily cleaning was not provided, and the staff did not refresh the towels and linen as other hotels did. Basic amenities such as drinking glasses and water were also not provided in the hotel room, which was frustrating.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and we were greeted with kindness by the people we met in and around the hotel. The location was convenient and transportation options were readily available. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Can't fault anything about it.
